Development of The Industrial Park Nova Gradiška is divided into 2 phases:
I. PHASE
- Total size of the parcel – 82 ha
- According to Urban plan, economic activities are defined as the main intended purpose
- Size of the free parcel – 27 ha
- The holder of the free parcel – City of Nova Gradiška
- Parcel is mainly equipped with the complete infrastructure (traffic road, water supply and sanitation system, natural gas supply system and electrical generating system at the border of the individual parcel). Intended plan is directed on completion of complete infrastructural equipment of the total parcel during the 2019.
II. PHASE
- Total size of the parcel – 44 ha
- The holder of the free parcel – City of Nova Gradiška
